Louise Anna Ruskin
Louise Ruskin has 26 years’ experience at all levels of Early Years and Primary education in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Ms Ruskin has extensive experience in training; designing and delivering workshops and short courses for teachers, school leaders and country managers in development contexts including West Africa, Central Asia and the Middle East. She worked as Early Childhood Development (ECD) advisor to the Ministry of Education and Higher Education in Qatar, supporting national level capacity building and strategy for ECD in the country. Ms Ruskin has been working with the World Bank on ECD projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Qatar producing a country report on ECD and supporting the development of early childhood education standards. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Honors) and a Master’s in Education and International Development from the Institute of Education (UCL) U.K.
